AKEL denounces nationalist slogans by fascists before today’s Kavazoglou-Mishaoulis event

AKEL Nicosia – Kyrenia District Organisation denounces in the strongest possible terms the writing of chauvinist and nationalist slogans by shameless fascists in the area of Pera Chorio – Dali. On the eve of the anniversary of the murder of Kavazoglou and Mishaoulis by the chauvinist Turkish Cypriot organisation TMT, the fascists have dragged out slogans and insults from the black dustbin of history to provoke citizens who will attend today’s event in memory and honor of the two heroes and martyrs.
They will get the answer they deserve by the mass participation of the people in the event which will demonstrate that this time their fascist actions that have done so much harm and caused so much suffering to our country and people will not pass!
We once again call on every democrat and anti-fascist compatriot, to take part in the event to send out the message of freedom and reunification of our homeland, peaceful coexistence and common struggle of Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots.
