In anticipation of a comprehensive and official briefing on the results in Mont Peleran, AKEL underlines once again the need for calm and restraint, as well as the need to focus on the negotiating procedure. Only by doing so will it be demonstrated whether Turkey will show the necessary will for a solution of the Cyprus problem.
Right now what is demanded is unity around the goal of liberation and reunification, steadfastness on positions of principle and pragmatism. This is our patriotic duty and not any other plans.
