Message of the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia (Serbia) to the 23rd Congress:

On the occasion of the 23rd Congress of Progressive Party of Working People-AKEL, on behalf of the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia, we would like to extend to the Congress and to all members of the AKEL our warmest greetings.
We are confident that the 23rd Congress will contribute to strengthening your party and its role in the ongoing mass struggles.
Dear Comrades,
While wishing your 23rd Congress every success in its deliberations, we extend our wholehearted greetings to its delegates and all the members of your fraternal party. We look forward to developing the relations between our two parties in the joint struggle for freedom, peace, democracy, social progress, and socialism.
