Government must answer hard questions regarding favored permits for the construction of a tower in Limassol

The government is called upon to answer hard questions regarding the findings of the Audit Office’s special report regarding the arbitrary actions, relaxations and favored permits given for the construction of a tower on the Limassol coastal front.
More specifically, the DISY government is called upon to reply to the following:
– How and why was the permit issued for 12 floors ended up in the licensing of a 29-storey building?
– How and why was an amended permit granted in just two twenty-four hours?
– How and why was a permit granted in violation of what the local plan of Limassol provides for?
– How and why was the submission of the required environmental study for a corresponding project not requested?
We await the answers of the DISY Government, as well as of the former Mayor of Yermasoyia.
