AKEL replies to DISY’s attack on AKEL’s bill proposal

DISY right-wing party does not tire of defending the banks.
It doesn’t mind banks recording soaring profits with windfall revenues.
It doesn’t mind that society is burdened with inflation, price increases and increased interest rates.
It doesn’t mind the government remaining impassive in the face of this unprecedented situation.
It is only bothered by AKEL’s bill proposals.
But whatever DISY says, the reality is glaring which shows that the people can no longer bear the expensiveness/price increases and the burden of interest rates.
People can no longer afford instalments and rents.
In the lounges of DISY, such proposals seem like populism.
For AKEL and society, such proposals are reasonable, costed and well-documented.
