AKEL wishes on the occasion of the holiday of Bayram

On the occasion of the opening of the holiday of Bayram (“Holiday of the Sacrifice”, AKEL extends warm wishes to our Turkish Cypriot compatriots. Wishes for love, peace and progress, despite the difficult socio-economic challenges that many of them are experiencing. Wishes for good health and progress also to those residents of the island who are celebrating Bayram today.

We wholeheartedly wish that Cyprus may once again become a place where all the communities and religious groups on our island, united, will celebrate all their holidays in peace.
