After the government’s spokesman’s position-reply to what the General Secretary of AKEL said about chief negotiator Mr. Mavroyiannis, namely that he “will remain the negotiator whilst carrying out his duties as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Cyprus in New York”, the following question arises: how will Mr. Mavroyiannis participate in the contacts, fermentations and discussions on the Cyprus problem – through WhatsApp, Viber or Skype?

The government needs to get serious and stop playing games with people’s intelligence.
