Turkey’s actions reinforce partitionist status quo and promote the further integration of the occupied areas

At the same time as the negotiations on the Cyprus problem are ongoing, Turkey is proceeding to a new faits accomplis by signing an agreement with the pseudo-state for the transfer of electricity to the occupied areas.
Such actions reinforce the partitionist status quo, promote the further integration of the occupied areas and do not contribute to the efforts to achieve a solution to the Cyprus problem.
