The government ruling forces have surpassed even the previous government in terms of cronyism/clientelism

The ruling government forces are pretending that they dont understand the essence of the criticism levelled at them regarding the appointments that have been made to the semi-governmental organisations.
They have hailed the Advisory Council as a ‘landmark reform’, but in practice they are further eroding the people’s trust and the credibility of our institutions. Otherwise, they would not be pretending that there is no decision – their own decision – requiring a full justification for every appointment not included in the Advisory Council’s recommendations.
The reality is that they promised a different style of governance, based on meritocracy and transparency, and in the end they have surpassed even the previous government in terms of cronyism/clientelism.
The government ruling forces have turned these appointments into a tool for the 2028 presidential elections, instead of ensuring that they serve the public interest.
