AKEL mobilization to express unreserved solidarity with the Communist Party of Ukraine

AKEL expresses its unreserved solidarity with the Communist Party of Ukraine in view of tomorrow’s parody trial in Kiev, whose aim is to prohibit the Party. At the same time, AKEL denounces in the strongest possible terms the political persecution aimed at annihilating the CP of Ukraine which is being attempted by the Ukrainian government in recent years.

Within this framework, AKEL is organizing a symbolic mobilization outside the Ukrainian Embassy in Nicosia tomorrow, Wednesday 8^th February 12:00 p.m. during which a protest resolution will be delivered. Heading the delegation of AKEL will be Stefanos Stefanou, AKEL C.C. Spokesperson and member of the Political Bureau of AKEL.
