AKEL CALLS FOR MASS ORGANISED REACTION

Cyprus is going through critical times. The agreement in principle between the government and the Troika is catastrophic. Understandably the Cypriot people feel indignation and are reacting. The people’s organized reaction is essential in order to convey the message in every direction that we will not consent to the economic catastrophy of Cyprus and the impoverishment of our people.

 

AKEL calls on the people to join the ranks of protest meetings being organized this afternoon outside the House of Representatives and in a civilized but militant manner to demand that the House rejects the agreement with the Troika and the policies that they are seeking to impose on us.
