AKEL at the 7th European Left, Green and Progressive Forum

AKEL is participating in the 7th European Left, Green and Progressive Forum, which is being organised in Madrid, Spain, from 10 to 12 November. Christina Nicolaou, Head of the Environment and Energy Sector of AKEL and member of the Central Committee of the Party, will be a speaker on a panel on Global and Comprehensive Security and Peace together with representatives of parties and movements of the Left. The AKEL delegation will also participate in the Feminist Assembly and in a series of debates on social and environmental issues.

At the close of the Forum on Sunday, the Declaration of the Forum will be adopted.
