Working people have shown again that through struggle they can make the difference

AKEL considers as a significant success for the working people employed in the “Zinon” Bus Company, but also the workers in the public health sector, as a positive development. This success came as the result of the struggles and strikes mobilizations waged by the workers; mobilizations and demands that AKEL supported with all its strength, while the Government of Anastasiades and the DISY party leadership once again revealed its true face, denigrating and slandering working people’s strike struggles and just demands. The working people demonstrated again that through their struggles they can make the difference, even in the face of such an authoritarian, anti-worker government.
