The only clear thing about Mr. Christodoulides is that he will continue the DISY party government

The idea of establishing a mechanism for resolving differences between the parties supporting Nikos Christodoulides’ candidacy confirms that the cooperation of the DISY member candidate with the leaderships of the centre parties is not based on any programmatic convergences. It confirms the mutually conflicting positions between these parties and Mr. Christodoulides’ pretentious lack of any clarity on almost all issues, issues that no mechanism can resolve.

The only clear thing Mr. Christodoulides has said so far is that he will always belong to the ruling DISY party and that he will continue Anastasiades’ administration. In other words, he is saying the same thing as DISY President and presidential candidate Averof Neophytou. After all, Averof Neophytou and Nikos Christodoulides have been governing the country together for ten years, without either of them bothered by the unprecedented rise in the levels of corruption, without having the slightest difference between them as far as the economic crimes committed against the country or the deadlocks that have accumulated on the Cyprus problem and foreign policy are concerned.

Things are quite clear: there are three main candidates, but only one dilemma before us.

We will either have a third DISY term in power or there will be change and a new page for the country.

Either the Anastasiades government will continue or we will achieve progressive change with Andreas Mavroyiannis in order to put the needs of society, working people, small and medium-sized enterprises and the young generation first.
