Israel is once again violating international law

AKEL denounces Israel’s latest attack on the Global Sumud solidarity flotilla, which was heading to Gaza carrying humanitarian aid.
This is not the first time that Netanyahu’s far-right regime has acted like a pirate, violating international law and preventing humanitarian aid from reaching the suffering Gaza Strip.
Throughout this ongoing genocide, there is no clause of international law that Israel has not violated. And yet, the Christodoulides government cannot find a single word to denounce the stance and barbarity of the Netanyahu regime.
AKEL calls on the Christodoulides government to condemn the attack and to join the rest of the international community in demanding that the unimpeded delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza be ensured immediately.
