CP of China offers 10,000 protective masks to AKEL
Thousands of protective masks sent by the Communist Party of China to AKEL will be given to care homes supporting vulnerable groups of the population

The Communist Party of China has sent AKEL a cargo of 10,000 protective masks, which were received today by the member of the Political Bureau of the C.C. of AKEL Nikos Ioannou from the Counsellor and Deputy Head of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Wang Shen. AKEL has decided that the p
rotective masks will be given to care homes and other organisations caring for vulnerable groups of our fellow citizens, in all provinces.
AKEL expresses its gratitude towards the Communist Party of China for this donation, greeting the example of solidarity and international cooperation that China is pursuing in confronting the pandemic.
