AKEL delegation on an official visit to Cuba

A high-level Delegation of AKEL, headed by the General of the C.C. of AKEL Andros Kyprianou, departed today for Cuba, following an invitation extended by the Communist Party of Cuba for an official visit. The AKEL delegation also includes the Parliamentary Spokesperson of the AKEL-Left-New Forces Parliamentary Group Yiorgos Loucaides and the member of the Political Bureau of the C.C. of AKEL Chrystalla Antoniou.
During the visit, the AKEL delegation will hold a series of contacts and meetings. Furthermore, the AKEL delegation will also participate in the 1st May Day celebrations in Havana.
