There’s no need for DISY to humiliate itself

If Cyprus is being attacked by Qatar, as ruling DISY claims, then the Anastasiades government needs to give answers given that it has been declaring for years that it is strengthening the economic and political relations between Cyprus and Qatar, indeed with the Emirate’s investing in Cypriot sea pieces.

DISY has no need neither to humiliate itself, nor to undermine our country’s international relations in its attempt to justify the big feast which was set up by its government with the golden passport industry.

The President of the Republic and DISY should read today’s statements made by the European Commission which demands from Cyprus that it takes drastic measures concerning the problematic naturalizations, while it is indeed examining the possibility of legal measures for the Cypriot program.

What is the position of the government and its ruling party on these statements?

Do they sense the magnitude of the problem and the shaming of our country?
